The Monksfield Cheltenham Preview night and dinner held in Kells turned out to be a resounding success, raising a commendable sum of €14,755 in support of Irish Injured Jockeys.  The event, organised meticulously by the committee, showcased a blend of insightful discussions on the sport and a palpable commitment to a noble cause, providing both an entertaining and meaningful evening for all who attended.

Notably, the event was graced by the presence of distinguished figures from the world of horse racing, including Ruby Walsh, Jane Mangan, AP McCoy, David Casey, Robbie Power, Gordon Elliott Racing, and Kevin O Ryan. Each of these individuals brought their unique perspectives and insights, enriching the evening’s discussions and enhancing the overall experience for the attendees. Their participation not only highlighted the importance of the cause but also demonstrated the unified support within the horse racing community for their colleagues facing challenges.
